newsroom@reviewonline.com LISBON — The Columbiana County Health Advisory Council has chosen a new board member for the county Health District Board of Health — Dr. Kimberly Jackson, DO. Jackson reportedly is a family medicine specialist at River Valley Physicians in East Liverpool and a 2011 graduate of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her appointment begins immediately, and it is expected she will be with the board of health for the upcoming meeting on Wednesday.
