The Manipur High Court on October 31 had directed authorities not to allow the present director, Dr G Sunil Kumar Sharma, to function as director of RIMS, Imphal for a period of two months and 28 days.
The Manipur High Court stated that the authorities have entrusted additional charge of director of RIMS, Imphal to L Ranjit arbitrarily and in a pick and choose manner and in complete violation of the Rules and Regulations of RIMS, Imphal.
