Joan Lee Russell, 80, of Bridgeport passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021, at her home. She was born November 1, 1940, in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha (Laurent) Morgan. She was a retired School Teacher for Bridgeport High School, and a member of the State Retired Teachers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Norman “Bud” Russell in 2009, and a brother Thomas Morgan in 2021.
