A Suffield warehouse building formerly leased by Iron Mountain has been sold for $1.2 million, land records show. The 26,000-square-foot property at 80 Bennett Road sold in October. The buyer was R & R 80 BENNETT LLC, which is controlled by Majid Rasool, who has a Glastonbury business address, state records show. The seller was 80 Bennett Road Owner LLC, which is controlled by Aharon Friedman, who has a Hartford business address, state records show.
