Mirror staff reports HARRISBURG — Roaring Spring has been awarded a $700,000 state grant for improvements on North Main Street, state Sen. Judy Ward, R-Blair, and state Rep. Jim Gregory, R-Hollidaysburg, said. The funds will be used to remove and repair retaining walls along North Main Street. The street will be realigned to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety. Curbs, sidewalks and street lighting will be improved. The total project cost is $718,400.
