Crossroads building proposal stalls; won't move to Pueblo City Council
Crossroads Turning Points, Inc. had hoped to expand its substance abuse treatment services by building a 20-bed group care facility, but that plan is now on the back burner. The Pueblo Board of Appeals voted 2-2 on a special use permit for the group care facility proposal last week, so the proposal did not advance to Pueblo City Council Monday as expected. Beritt Odom, chief planner, said her office is waiting to hear from Crossroads officials about how they want to handle a rezoning request.
