North Stonington – Retiring elementary school principal Ronnie Wilkison is being replaced by Waterford educator Rob Cillino. Superintendent Peter Nero and Cillino, whose first day will be Jan. 11, both praised Wilkison for her time as principal. She was honored last week with a drive-by parade organized by school staff and students.
