Stout Family donation helps ACS' annual DC trip Special to The Alliance Review Each year, the top eighth-graders at Alliance Middle School have the opportunity to visit Washington, D.C.  During the April 13 parent meeting at the school, the families received a big surprise — Jim and Kathy Stout will pay a portion of the cost of the trip, which the students' families normally pay.
