Prosecution rests, defense expected to announce Wednesday if Timothy Bliefnick will testify.
Jurors in Quincy, Illinois, will now deliberate the fate of Timothy Bliefnick in the February shooting death of his estranged wife, Rebecca Postle Bliefnick.
“What we will need to do is the jury comes in tomorrow, you will make your final decision, then before the jury comes in (to the courtroom), I'm going to ask whether or not your client has decided whether or not to testify,” Adrian said.
Decatur native Timothy Bliefnick is charged in Adams County with killing his estranged wife.
