Neff, Robert 'Bob' Libby age 79, died peacefully at his home at The Waters of Eden Prairie, on May 19, 2023, after an extended battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert Neff and Margaret (Breault) Neff. Bob was born June 28,1943 in Winthrop, MA. He grew up in Wakefield, MA where he excelled academically and in his community, earning the rank of Eagle Scout as a senior.
