The German industrial major, and world’s largest auto components manufacturer, sees India growing as a key strategic hub for its sustainable growth, especially as software tech-driven disruption is also on the rise. With all the macro-economic developments and disruptions in the automotive industry, Bosch looks to leverage India’s frugal software engineering talents, which can be a “decisive difference to China”, to support its sustainable growth globally.

The global chairman of Bosch, Stefan Hartung, has said he is "optimistic" that India could represent the only region with strong growth opportunities over the next two years, aided by economic regulations such as the recently implemented Goods and Services Tax, as well as incentives to boost industrial output.

 Hyderabad: Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) formerly known as Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions (RBEI), inaugurated its new smart campus at HITEC City in Hyderabad to strengthen its software centric product innovations.
