Wicked Local Elected officials and Planning Board members have expressed concern over Caddy Farm, LLC’s application to create an extension off Warden Street to access a proposed development on 4 acres in town. Caddy Farm, LLC is seeking approval of a definitive subdivision plan to extend Rodin Way from Warden Street. Peter Ogren of Hayes Engineering explained that a subdivision would provide the required frontage for the 3.92 acres under Caddy Farm, LLC’s control to become a developable piece of property.
