Michaela Chesin, Banner Staff WELLFLEET— There is only one contested race on the ballot for the annual town election on June 14 — an open three-year seat on the Cemetery Commission.   “I wouldn’t run if I didn’t feel like I had to,” commission candidate Donna Rickman said. Commission incumbent David Agger is also running again, having served on the commission for nine years.    One issue, from Rickman’s perspective, is a cemetery restoration project funded by Community Preservation Act funds by town meeting voters in 2014, 2017 and 2020.   Questions about the o...
