Canton area skill games business operators face new federal charges
CANTON – The operators behind some former skill game parlors in Stark County are now facing federal charges accusing them of conspiring to run illegal gambling businesses and defrauding the IRS. Authorities say Jason Kachner, his spouse Rebecca Kachner, Ronald DiPietro and Thomas Helmick were arrested Tuesday and made their initial court appearance in U.S. District Court in Cleveland.
