New Year's Day shooting has led to two charged in Utica
Police said a fight involving several people at Whitesboro and Court streets resulted in a person firing several shots into the crowd at about 5:45 a.m. Jan. 1. Police said one woman was shot in the arm, and a man was shot in the leg, and both were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
