A Florida man accused of killing and dismembering a Pennsylvania woman whose body parts were found in a bay has now been indicted on a first-degree murder charge.
A grand jury has indicted Robert Kessler on first-degree murder charges. He had been charged with second-degree murder after being accused of killing 47-year-old Stephanie Crone-Overholts from Pennsylvania and dumping her dismembered body into McKay Bay last month.
