The parents of a 1-year-old boy who died last year of what a medical examiner concluded was starvation and dehydration are jailed in his death.
The parents of a 2-month-old baby, who was reported missing out of Fort Pierce earlier this week and later found safe in Jacksonville, have been charged with murder.
Fort Pierce Police told WPBF 25 News first that Robert Lisby and Joy Tyler were arrested after a year-long investigation into the death of a different child.
"The baby, for all intents and purposes, was starved to death," Fort Pierce police said.
A missing baby who was last seen in Fort Pierce more than two months ago has been found safe, police said Wednesday.
