Roy Fraser A Canada-wide manhunt is underway for a man wanted on two counts of murder in the killings of Kenneth Yaretz and Damien Marks. Roy Frederick Fraser, 53, was charged Friday with first-degree murder in the death of Marks and second-degree murder for Yaretz. Marks, 31, and his roommate Yaretz, 24, vanished in April 2009.
