Former Navy petty officer, Tony Parsons, 63, was knocked down and killed by driver Alexander 'Sandy' McKellar near Bridge of Orchy in Argyll and Bute in 2017.
Alexander McKellar struck Tony Parsons with a car in September 2017 on the A82 while he was on a solo charity bike ride. Mr Parsons' body was eventually recovered from a remote peat bog in January 2021.
