HAMPTON FALLS – With the pandemic raging in California, Robert O’Keefe closed his 25-year-old automotive repair shop, and with his wife, Vikki, just opened a billiard parlor in a place he’s loved since he was a teen: the New Hampshire Seacoast. “I told her, I know where God’s country is; it’s Hampton,” O’Keefe said. “We weren’t able to find a good spot for the billiard room in Hampton.
