BEAVER FALLS — Blackhawk High School has closed after an eighth case of COVID-19 was reported in the building.  According to a letter from Superintendent Robert Postupac, leaders in the state's Department of Health recommended the closure due to an unsafe number of cases in a 14-day period.  "Currently, Blackhawk High School has 8 positive COVID cases.
