Stella Alpha scored in a romp in capturing the $10,000 final leg of the Breeders Trophy Series for three-year-old trotters at Hippodrome 3R on Friday (Aug. 19).

The four-year-old Chapter Seven gelding Black Tie Bash continues to reign the top class at Rideau Carleton Raceway with the Isabelle Darveau trainee winning on Thursday (Aug. 18) at the $10,500 Preferred Handicap Trot for the fifth time in his last six starts.
