The Findlay Police Department says a person was accidentally shot as a man was cleaning a gun. The incident happened at 1472 Timberwood Drive on Monday afternoon, according to police. Police say Robert Sipe, 45, was cleaning a rifle that had not been cleared, and as the trigger was pulled back during the cleaning process
