bjohnson@theintermountain.com ELKINS — A virtual Candidate Forum for the March 2 Elkins Municipal Election is set for next week. The Randolph County Democratic Women are organizing the forum, to be held on the Zoom platform. The event is set for 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. Thursday.
