SEN. Francis Tolentino urged the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to step in and deploy portable floating pumps as parts of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) have been hit by floods.
A BRIDGE along the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) was shut down to traffic due to flooding, the management of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Corp. said on Saturday.
The NLEX management says they estimate some 400,000 vehicles plying the expressway on their way to Metro Manila as classes and work resume on Tuesday.
