Cops: Couple arrested with 50 stolen IDs According to the Probable Cause Affidavit: A Texas Department of Public Safety special agent called WFPD Thursday with information on two suspects, later identified as Jermaine Green and Robin Kolker. The agent said they were living at a motel on Central Freeway and were possibly in possession of numerous pieces of identification that belonged to several victims.
