ROCHESTER — This is the design chosen by area artists to beautify the concrete barriers used for outdoor dining in the Lilac City. Volunteers are welcome to help paint the many barriers. And a brand new way to order food and support local restaurants is coming within the next few weeks, enhancing the city's efforts to keep dining vital and easy.
