It was wintry cold, with light snow and a brisk wind. Amy and I ate dinner while Jonathan went to his class. We then checked into a hotel to await his return. Jonathan arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm (that is important). He entered the room, deposited his books, and removed his coat. After several minutes he remembered something he needed that was in his car. Jonathan retrieved his coat and left the room. I was in a chair reading.
