(EPD / MANILA BULLETIN) The Eastern Police District (EPD) identified the suspects as Ronel B. Collo, 23; Arnel C. Octa, 24; Orlie H. Arellano, 21; Trixie F. Elenzano, 24; Mark Bryan S. Daggao, 21; Efren B. Merida, 24; and James Anthony B. Cellona, 33.
