Adam Beech Private equity firm Endless completing the sale of a Redditch-headquartered flooring distributor to Carpetright owner Nestware Holdings (NHL), part of Meditor Holdings, has been named as the Deal of the Month for March. Carpet & Flooring (C&F) was established in 1992 and now serves customers from 11 sites. Purfleet-headquartered NHL also owns FlooringSupplies.co.uk, an e-commerce flooring business.
