Italian hotel company, Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, and Mexican player, Palace Resorts, have joined in a strategic financial partnership to export Italian luxury hospitality around the world. Palace Resorts has become the majority shareholder of Baglioni’s holding company by acquiring 75% of the company.
