Roseau Co. daycare provider faces felony charge after admitting to spanking child out of frustration
Court documents say on Wednesday, May 22nd, Roseau Co. Deputies were informed by a Social Worker that a parent made a report of an alleged assault that had happened to their child at daycare the day before.
