Kenworth seeks to build test facility at its Chillicothe campus CHILLICOTHE- Kenworth Truck Company announced its intention to build a new test track facility on the northern side of its Chillicothe campus Monday. A new 110,000-foot, $45 million building would allow the company to test new trucks, said plant manager Chris Davis at Monday's county commissioner's meeting.
