FRANKFORT, Ky. (KT) – Law enforcement officers who were killed and wounded during a June 30 shootout in Floyd County were honored by the General Assembly’s Veterans, Military Affairs and
Constable Gary Wolfe, who was injured in the shooting, said those who survived the incident are "lucky to stay alive."
