Kirksville teen arrested on felony property damage charges in case of vandalized trees
The Kirksville Police Department has made an arrest in connection to damaged trees in Memorial Park and Downtown Kirksville. Ross A. Evans, 18, of Kirksville, was arrested on June 29 on charges of felony property damage based on the cost of replacing the damaged trees.
