Stratford starting to reopen facilities to the public SHARE ON: Stratford Mayor Dan Mathieson says the city is working toward safely reopening its facilities to the public. Mathieson says the Rotary Complex is reopening to the public Wednesday while the Dufferin Arena will be re-opening on Friday. Stratford announces closures and changes ahead of Ontario-wide lockdown SHARE ON: A number of closures and changes are going into effect in Stratford due to the Ontario-wide lockdown. As of Thursday, the City of Stratford says the Allman Arena, Rotary Complex, Dufferin Arena and Agriplex will all be closed to the public until further notice.
