MANILA - Parts of Mindanao will have overcast skies and scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Saturday, brought by the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the ITCZ will also affect Palawan.
