Sarah Townsend The housebuilder has acquired development land on the northern fringes of Lytham St. Annes in Lancashire from Kensington Developments for an undisclosed sum. The 60-acre plot has been allocated for residential development in the Fylde Local Plan. Kensington initially obtained planning permission for up to 1,150 homes plus a nature park in 2012 – a scheme it named Richmond Point.
