Updates: Leicester road shut since the early hours after serious collision Police have been in attendance since around 12.50am A road in Leicester has been shut since the early hours after a crash. Braunstone Lane East in Rowley Fields has been shut since around 12.50am today according to police. Reporting a collision on the stretch to Narborough Road, police initially advised the road was likely to remain closed "for a substantial amount of time" and asked motorists to avoid the area.
