Low Kheng Keat, 37, who operates his farm in a rural area in Sungai Bakap, Penang, said in the past, he supplied only to aquarium shops. When the movement control order was implemented last year, aquarium shops stopped ordering and Low resorted to selling his stingrays online instead.
