YouTube vlogger Ruby Franke's husband, Kevin Franke, filed a lawsuit against her former business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, over the two women's abuse of two of the couple's four children. Franke is asking for a jury trial and an unspecified amount of damages. Kevin Franke alleges that his wife moved their four minor children in to Hildebrandt's Utah home on or about May 22, 2023, without notifying him.

Kevin Franke's attorney said he "filed in an effort to preserve Hildebrandt's wealth and assets until appropriate action can be taken to make the kids whole"

The residence of Franke's business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, was first listed for sale in January and was the real estate site's top property last week

Disgraced Utah therapist Jodi Hildebrandt's $5.3 million Ivins home became the most-viewed listing on Realtor.com. Hildebrandt and Ruby Franke pleaded guilty to child abuse in December 2023.

The house, which was built in 2017, has a five-car garage, and three-and-a-half baths.
