So first of all kudos to the Atlanta Braves for winning the World Series. That means that Tucker Davidson, who graduated from Tascosa High School, gets a ring. Oh and by the way Tucker was not even born the last time the Braves won the World Series back in 1995.
I am in the group Amarillo History and Memories and this one really brought back a flood of them. The post was asking about a manager at Hastings here in Amarillo. Just the name Hastings brings back a lot of fond memories. This name did it too: Anybody remember the manager of Hastings Record Shop in Western Plaza next door to the Cinema in the early-mid 70's?
