Portland man charged with father's killing had delusions before alleged slaying
Recently unsealed court records show Abdallah Salim Al Siraj, 22, and his father, Salim Al Siraj, 50, both suffered from mental health problems in recent years. Police say the son stabbed his father to death inside a West End apartment.
