In this article I will look to create an environment-neutral version of pitch value. Shortcomings of Existing Pitch Value Pitch Value (hereafter PV) and RV use the average or sum of the variable values of RE288. This method has the advantage of being able to measure how much a pitch actually increased or decreased the number of runs scored on that pitch.
