Man charged with killing woman, 19, in shooting at illegal nightclub in Jefferson Park
Meagan Bilbo was attending a party on Dec. 5 at the club, which was posing as a computer repair shop, in the 4800 block of North Central Avenue, when a masked person opened fire outside in a parking lot.
