The 11-year-old said it was ‘such a magical afternoon’ after attending the Buckingham Palace garden party.
Tobias Weller, of Sheffield, South Yorks, has cerebral palsy and autism. He was nicknamed 'Captain' after he was inspired by his hero Captain Sir Tom Moore to start raising money during lockdowns.
