Expand Meleisha Vos VICTOR â Lynnville-Sully's girls' basketball team got off to a slow start on the road against HLV on Friday night, but a big night by the bench helped the Hawks to a 53-30 victory during South Iowa Cedar League play. The Hawks outscored HLV 18-9 in bench points and L-S turned 34 HLV turnovers into 28 points. "It took us a little bit to get going tonight, but once we got it rolling I thought our defense and offense were good," L-S girls' head coach Jerry Hulsing said.
