Article content Ottawa Police Association president Matt Skof has called on the police services board to make public the reasons behind the abrupt departure of a senior executive. Earlier this month, the board voted unanimously to remove Chief Administrative Officer Jeff Letourneau from his $242,000-a-year job as the top civilian at the police service.
