Maryland man pleads in case of emaciated, abandoned pit bull rescued in 2021
Thomas J. Rowe, of Frederick, Md., pleaded guilty Monday to aggravated animal cruelty in a 2021 case in which a dog was abandoned in a Boonsboro home.
