Special court orders FIR against Karnataka JD(S) MLA over 'illegal allotment of 2,750 acres of govt land'
The FIR will be filed against Belur MLA K S Lingesh over allegations that he colluded with revenue officials and others and granted over "2,750 acres of government land to various fictitious, bogus and illegal beneficiaries".
